ALLENDE ALLURE
Meandering cobblestone pavers + candle-lit luminarias led 800 guests to an immersive
event experience rooted in the bewitching Old World splendor of a Central-Mexican hacienda.
Anchored by a palm-shaded courtyard, three distinct al-fresco spaces were united to form a
richly-layered dining destination with much to discover.

The centerpiece of the space – a 360-degree cobalt + white Talavera-tiled bar with cascades of bougainvillea + fresh citrus interlacing its wooden trellis. An indigo palette of batik, hand-dyed shibori + Spanish tiled linens were juxtaposed with imperial velvets + ornate, gold-leafed accents. Dining tables + bars, all vintage + no two alike, nodded to the authentic eclecticism of Spanish Colonialism. Lounges, too, showcased a composition of antique, hand-carved Mexican pieces + imported accents with Gothic + Renaissance detail. Dining tables were adorned in varied heights of lush fuchsia blooms, citrus + fresh greens overflowing from a collection of unique compote vessels. Spanning the wooden king’s tables were one-of-a-kind shibori runners topped with copper lanterns + freshly-cut citrus.

Lanterns, in varying styles, shapes + heights, were clustered throughout all three spaces, imparting a sense of dreamy, transportive romanticism. Filling the air was a celebratory cacophony of guest chattering while sipping award-winning Mezcals, the sounds of a 12-piece cumbia + Latin Jazz band + the scent of freshly-pressed blue corn masa pressing the griddle.
