RESPONSIBILITIES

Local expert well versed in “everything“ Phoenix + Scottsdale

Understands the wide world of hospitality + offers an experienced consultative approach to the sales process

Always keeps an eye on the goal, establishing budgetary guidelines + maintaining profitability expectations

Clearly + effectively articulates the value of a Destination Management Company

Earns the trust of our clients by consistently offering carefully curated meeting + event experiences that set us apart from the competition

Collaborates with the internal Creative Team to craft proposals that are built around each program’s specific needs + demonstrates our ability to provide progressive solutions

Works hard + smart to efficiently close business + ensure a seamless transition to Operations

Develops + nurtures local relationships with hoteliers, CVBs, + identifies additional lead-generating resources

Takes initiative on imagining local sales-related special projects including client events, hotelier appreciation drops, + sponsorship commitments

Manage + maintain existing relationships with key accounts as well as focus on new business development to maintain a strong robust pipeline of opportunities

Invests long-term, acting as a brand advocate to improve lifetime client values

Positively impacts the culture of the office with charisma, resilience, + tenacity

Local expert on hotels, venues, tours, entertainment, + all things Arizona

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Must have a minimum of 2 years of hospitality (DMC or Hotel) experience

Two years of sales related experience preferred
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

Competitive annual salary (DOE) plus an uncapped commission package for all programs personally sold
