CREATIVE COLLABORATOR

DESCRIPTION + RESPONSIBILITIES

Entry level position supporting Account Executive lending assistance in developing proposals, unique decor concepts, costing sheets + contracts

Work alongside Account Executive helping manage + co-design programs, ensuring timely proposal development while constantly communicating

Instrumental + hands-on in the overall sales process, from design conceptualization to on-site execution

Corporate client-facing interpersonal skills + telephone etiquette

Must be able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to provide on-site event support to sales/operations beyond office hours

Work with vendor partners to request quotes while providing proactive updates to the team

Wear various hats + willing to support other team members, especially during busy times

Works independently to gather information + make educated decisions regarding tasks at hand while asking questions to gain knowledge + understanding
KNOWLEDGE + SKILLS

Local expert well versed in “everything“ Phoenix + Scottsdale
-
Hospitality event industry experience or natural interest

Must possess a passion for interior/event design + a keen eye for industry trends

Knowledge of floral varieties + centerpiece construction - a plus, but not required

Great listening skills + ability to take constructive feedback

Good critical thinking + problem solving skills

Must be detail oriented, with ability to check own work
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Degree in Interior Design or other related creative arts fields

Experience with AutoCad + Adobe design programs - a plus, but not required
