SCOPE OF SERVICES
This event was designed as a forum for client engagement + served to immerse guests in a whimsical, multi-layered experience. 650 guests meandered through a spectacle of Coachella-inspired décor + entertainment pieces. The strategic use of large-scale entertainment pieces anchored the bare event lawn as meaningful décor that served both form + function. The overall design tastefully reinterpreted a desert music festival in a playful yet elevated manner while successfully engaging guests at every turn.
Guests were left to explore layers of musical + interactive entertainment, including strolling entertainers, a Ferris wheel, various lawn games, a 40’ VW bus lounge, leather branding station, photo booth bus + main stage with rotating acts.
