AGATE INTERLOCK

Designer Tory Burch’s iconic “sophisticated eclecticism” served as creative muse in conceptualizing a welcome reception for 500. A marriage of bold, graphic patterns, saturated color, hints of
metallic + rich texture honored Burch’s signature aesthetic, while seemingly having
stepped straight out of her fall collection.

Navy + burnt orange draped the dining tables with contrasting pops of deep amethyst + emerald. Atop the tables sat gilded jewelry boxes overflowing with impactful blooms, + long mirrored planters from which manicured boxwood grew.

The bars themselves were covered in greenery, reminiscent of the stately garden hedges of Burch’s
Southampton estate. Though initially slated for an al-fresco setting, inclement weather allowed us to
instead reimagine a ballroom space with preppy, yet bohemian, flair.
